Adam, Owner

Adam and his brother Daniel founded Silver Knights Enrichment in 2006 and are the current owners of both Silver Knights and Enrichment Matters.  Adam first got involved in after school enrichment as a high school student teaching an after school chess program for Daniel and his classmates, so working in the field of after school enrichment has truly been a lifelong passion!  Adam is excited about the future of Enrichment Matters, and is looking forward to serving children throughout Northern Virginia and Maryland with a safe, diverse, and engaging set of activities.  Adam also enjoys working with EM’s community of enrichment providers to help them be as successful as possible in their teaching and with their businesses. Adam lives in Annandale with his wife and children.

Janette, Assistant Director

Janette was born and raised in Montana, but has called Northern Virginia home for 31 years. She was previously the Extended Day Care Director at Mt. Daniel Elementary in Falls Church City and an Office Manager at Canterbury Woods Elementary for Fairfax County Public Schools. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, reading and keeping up with her teenage sons.

Jocelyn, School Ambassador

Jocelyn lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and two daughters. She has a degree in Social Work and worked as the Program Director for an adolescent group home. Years later she decided that she wanted to be more involved with her children’s education, so she started substitute teaching exclusively at their school. There she had the opportunity to observe Enrichment Matters as a parent, and now as an employee, has the opportunity to continue the great work the team began years ago.

Lori, School Ambassador

Lori Bach lives in Haymarket,Virginia and is happily married with two kids. She has a son and a daughter, both in middle school.
Her background is rooted with involvement in schools. Since she moved to Virginia seven years ago she started substitute teaching then quickly received a job as a Physical Education Teacher Assistant in an Elementary school in Prince William County. Through that time she sat on PTA boards and chaired events. She created Spirit wear for a new school and managed it for three years; and for two years she had been involved with Enrichment Matters as a teacher lead provider.  She has been with Enrichment Matter as a Ambassador for two years helping bring quality programs to thousands of kids.

Josh, School Ambassador

Josh has spent several years working with young students. He was a truancy Advocate in Pittsburgh before becoming a chess teacher in Rockville and the DC suburbs, and later added teaching STEM classes to his portfolio. Now he works as an ambassador, helping PTAs and parents organize awesome after school activities for their kids! He’s also looking forward to starting his own little one in activities as soon as possible!

Michelle, School Ambassador

Michelle is a mom to three kids and lives with her husband in Arlington, Virginia.  She is fitness instructor and an avid Peloton rider.  When she isn’t working or working out, she loves watching sports and having dance parties with her kids.

Megan, Program Administrator

Megan is a program administrator for Enrichment Matters. In her time off she enjoys playing disc golf with her daughters and husband. Megan also enjoys embroidery and is an avid reader. She’s a graduate of Purdue University.

Carrie, Program Administrator

Carrie lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and two daughters. She has a Business Administration degree from Drury University. She enjoys photography, travelling and St. Louis Cardinals baseball.
